In Canvas, you step into the shoes of an artist competing to create the most captivating works of art. Players draft colourful art cards and layer them together to compose unique paintings, with each combination affecting both the visible imagery and scoring icons beneath. The trick is to balance aesthetic flair with clever strategy as you work toward changing scoring goals each game.

On your turn you’ll choose whether to take an art card from the shared row - costing inspiration tokens if it’s further down the line - or use your collected cards to complete a painting by stacking three together. Each completed painting is judged against a set of scoring conditions that reward certain colours, icons, or combinations, and ribbons are awarded accordingly. Once players have crafted and scored three paintings, the game ends and the player with the highest score wins.

Quick to learn and visually striking, Canvas blends tactile card play with artistic decision-making for a light yet engaging experience that plays well solo or with up to five players.
